Very Good. Minor wear and light rubbing to leather spine, decorative front end leaf torn, small faint stain to base of title, 1st flower art tissue guard torn off and not present, last 2 pressed flower pages showing some loss possibly chipped off and lost through the years (see last 2 photos).
